What should I bring?Bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and wear comfortable activewear. If you’d like, you can also bring a small towel. Yoga mats will also be supplied if you do not have one on your own.

Do I need prior experience for the sessions?Not at all! The Pilates, meditation, and breathwork sessions are designed for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners.

Can I take photos or videos during the event?Absolutely! We encourage sharing your experience, but please be mindful of others’ privacy. Don't forget to tag us on Instagram!

Can I get a refund if I can’t make it?Tickets are non-refundable, but you are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else if you can’t attend.
